  Just Organics is a family legacy—We are proud to be the third generation in a family of fruiterers dedicated to fresh, quality produce. Health and well-being have always been core values for us, and we believe that eating organic is one of the greatest investments we can make for ourselves.

  Organic fruits and vegetables are often richer in nutrients, like antioxidants, and free from chemical residues. Many people feel that eating organic supports their immune system and overall well-being, making it a great investment in long-term health.

• How much does delivery cost and work?

  We charge a flat delivery fee of $10 for all orders, regardless of your location within our delivery zones. Free delivery for orders over $150.
  If you are ordering only from the 'Pick your own' collection, we require a $50 minimum spent to deliver the order.

  We offer delivery across several zones, with rates based on location. Orders are fulfilled on specific days, depending on your area. You can confirm your delivery day by checking it on the product page, or by checking our shipping policy.

• What is the crate return policy?

  As part of our commitment to sustainability, all orders are delivered in a reusable plastic crate. We kindly ask that you leave the empty crate(s) out for pickup on your next scheduled delivery date. If a crate isn't available for collection, a fee of $15 per crate will be charged to cover replacement costs. To find out more, check the terms of use or shipping policy.

• When will I get my order?

  Our delivery days vary by zone, and orders must be placed by specific cut-off times to ensure delivery within the same week. Please refer to the schedule in the shipping policy to determine your delivery day. Press here to see the policy.

• Can I pay with cash on delivery?

  Yes! For convenience, we offer a cash-on-delivery option. Simply choose this payment method at checkout, and have the exact amount ready for our driver. if you are not going to be home then nominate a place where the money will be to collect

• What other payment methods does Just Organics accept?

  We accept a variety of convenient payment options, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. Choose the one that works best for you at checkout!

• What’s included in the premade boxes?

  The Fruit Box contains a selection of fresh, seasonal fruits; the Mixed Box includes a combination of fruits and vegetables; and the Veggie Box is packed with a variety of fresh, organic vegetables. Each box is designed to provide the best seasonal produce available. Exact information about what you might get in the box, can be found on each product page.

• What is the “Pick Your Own” option?

  The "Pick Your Own" option allows you to customize your box by selecting the specific fruits and vegetables you want. You can choose from a wide variety of fresh, organic produce to create a box tailored to your preferences. A minimum of $50 order is required so we can ship your order.

  Simply browse our selection of fruits and vegetables, select the quantities you need, and add them to your box. Each product has set weights or counts, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting. Once your box is filled, proceed to checkout, and we’ll pack your custom box and deliver it to your door.
